General Overview
ArroxFund is a premium proprietary trading firm that allows traders to prove their trading skills through professional evaluation challenges and gain access to funded trading accounts. All funded accounts are provided through the Match-Trader platform. In addition to evaluation challenges, ArroxFund also hosts trading tournaments where traders can compete for funded challenges and cash prizes.
Yes. To ensure compliance, security, and a fair trading environment, all traders must successfully complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before receiving their first funded account payout or any tournament cash prize.
- Accepted Documents: Passport or National ID Card.
- Processing Time: KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours maximum.
ArroxFund reserves the right to request additional verification whenever deemed necessary.
No. There is no penalty for not trading. Your account will not be closed or suspended due to inactivity, regardless of how many days you do not trade.

No. There is No Time Limit. You can complete your challenge at your own pace.
To count as a trading day, you must open and close at least one position during that specific day.
Drawdown & Payouts
Daily Drawdown is calculated based on your Start-of-Day Equity. If your account equity (including floating losses) drops below the allowed daily limit at any time, your account will be breached. The daily limit resets at the beginning of each trading day.
Maximum Drawdown is static and calculated from your Initial Balance. Your account equity must never drop below this fixed threshold at any point. It is completely fixed and never trails or increases.
Funded traders receive an 80% Profit Split.
Standard payouts are processed Every 21 Days (default). You may also purchase the Weekly Payout Add-On (30% of the base challenge price) during checkout to become eligible for weekly payouts.
No. ArroxFund does not enforce hidden consistency rules regarding your trading style or profit distribution, provided all trading rules and risk management limits are respected.
Trading Rules & Conditions
ArroxFund offers the following leverage ratios based on the asset class:

Yes, but only between your own trading accounts. Copy trading to or from another trader is strictly prohibited.
Exception: If multiple traders register through the same official Mentor Referral Link, they may follow that mentor’s signals without violating our Identical Trading policy (Master-Signal Protection).
Yes. Weekend holding is fully permitted.
Yes. Accounts are subject to standard swap fees for holding positions open overnight or over the weekend.
Yes. Changing your device, trading location, or IP address is fully allowed.
No. Opening or closing trades within 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after high-impact (red folder) economic news is prohibited. The official reference calendar for identifying high-impact news is ForexFactory (Red Folder events).
No. Holding simultaneous Buy and Sell positions on the same instrument, either within one account or across multiple accounts, is prohibited.
Yes. Maximum open volume is limited to 1 Standard Lot per $2,500 of Initial Account Balance.
Example: A $10,000 account may have a maximum of 4 open lots at the same time, regardless of current profit or equity growth.
Yes. Expert Advisors (EAs) are permitted provided they do not violate any ArroxFund trading rules, including platform abuse, latency exploitation, arbitrage, prohibited copy trading, or any other restricted trading activity.
Yes. Using a VPS (Virtual Private Server) is fully permitted.
Any attempt to exploit platform errors, technical issues, price feed anomalies, latency, execution vulnerabilities, or system loopholes may result in account review and possible termination.
Any violation of the challenge or funded account rules (such as Daily Drawdown or Maximum Drawdown) will result in challenge failure, funded account termination, and payout cancellation where applicable.
Yes. Accounts suspected of abusive trading, manipulation, or rule violations may be reviewed at any time. All decisions are based on objective trading data.
Partner & IB Program
Our Partner Program enables Affiliates, Mentors, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to earn commissions by referring traders. Partner commission levels are calculated based on monthly referral volume from the 1st day through the last day of each calendar month.

Any payment made through your official partner link will be counted towards your monthly volume. This includes Challenge Purchases, Tournament Entries, and any other eligible payment completed through your referral link.
Payout & Tier Cycle is Monthly. Commissions and tier upgrades are calculated from the 1st day to the last day of each calendar month and paid out monthly in USDT.
Master-Signal Protection is an exclusive benefit for official ArroxFund partners. Traders who register through your partner link are automatically exempt from our “Group/Identical Trading” rules, allowing mentors to share trading signals with their own communities without risking account violations.
Trading Tournaments
We currently offer two tournament types: Free Tournament and Paid Tournament.
Participation is completely free. To qualify, you must post our promotional image to your Instagram Story within 1 hour before the tournament begins. If you win but fail to complete this requirement, your prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.
The Top 5 winners will each receive One 50K One-Step Prop Firm Challenge.
- Entry Fee:** 12 USDT.
- Rebuy Option (One Time):** 4 USDT. If your tournament account is eliminated, you may purchase a rebuy only once to get a new account and continue.
The Top 8 winners will receive cash prizes based on the leaderboard ranking:

The starting balance is exactly $10,000 for both the Free and Paid Tournaments.
The tournament has a 10% maximum drawdown based on the initial balance. Since the starting balance is $10,000, if your account equity drops to $9,000 or lower at any moment, you will be automatically eliminated.
No. The maximum 10% drawdown is the **only rule** in tournaments. There are no other rules or restrictions regarding trading styles, lot sizes, or news trading during the competition.
Each tournament lasts **1 Day**, beginning at the Asia Market Open and ending at the US Market Close.
Winners will be determined based on the highest profit achieved during the competition according to the official leaderboard.
Payments & Crypto
ArroxFund operates entirely using cryptocurrency. We currently do not support Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Fiat Payment Gateways. Cryptocurrency is used for all transactions: Challenge Purchases, Add-Ons, Tournament Entries, Tournament Rebuys, Funded Trader Payouts, and Tournament Prizes.
The supported cryptocurrencies and available blockchain networks are displayed dynamically during checkout.
Please ensure you cover all network/gas fees when making a payment. If the amount received is lower than the required price due to network fees, your account will not be created automatically, and you must contact support to resolve it.
All payouts are processed exclusively in USDT. Currently, we support withdrawals through TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20 (BSC) networks. ArroxFund is not responsible for transfers sent to incorrect wallet addresses or unsupported networks.
- Deposits: Processed automatically once the required blockchain confirmations are received.
- Payouts: Once approved, your USDT transfer will be sent promptly to your registered wallet address.
No. Due to the digital nature of evaluation services, all challenge purchases, tournament entries, add-ons, and rebuy fees are strictly non-refundable after payment has been processed.
No. ArroxFund does not refund evaluation fees at any stage, including after successfully passing the challenge or receiving a funded account.
Accounts & Limits
Yes. You may purchase and manage up to 2 active accounts per person.
Maximum Capital Allocation: The total funded capital per trader across all accounts combined cannot exceed $150,000.
No. Each individual may have only one verified identity. Using multiple identities or fake data to bypass maximum account allocation rules is strictly prohibited.

Additional Rules & Specific Scenarios
Yes. You may purchase a new challenge at any time. Failed challenges cannot be restored, resumed, or reset, as ArroxFund currently does not offer a Challenge Reset option.
Yes. You may trade whenever the relevant market is open. Trading hours depend entirely on the specific instrument being traded.
ArroxFund accepts traders from most countries. However, access may be restricted in jurisdictions where local laws or international regulations strictly prohibit our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an evaluation challenge or receive a funded trading account.
Yes. As with any live market environment, slippage may occur on the platform during periods of high market volatility or thin liquidity.
All trading rules, limits, and Daily Drawdown resets are calculated based on the server time displayed inside the Match-Trader platform. *Note:* Tournament durations are tied directly to the Asia Market Open and US Market Close.
Yes. Traders are solely and fully responsible for complying with any personal or corporate tax obligations applicable in their country of residence.
Challenge accounts are created and delivered automatically immediately after a successful cryptocurrency payment transaction is completed.
No. There is no inactivity expiration rule or penalty on ArroxFund accounts. Your account remains open regardless of how many days you do not execute a trade.
