Nature of Services
Arroxfund provides skill-assessment programs and simulated trading environments. We do not act as a broker, nor do we solicit or accept real funds for investment purposes. All trading activities take place in a simulated (demo) environment. Any payouts provided to our users are strictly issued as performance-based rewards for successfully passing our evaluation phases.
Fair Trading Policies
To maintain a stable, fair, and high-quality environment for all traders, we enforce specific trading guidelines. While we encourage diverse trading styles, we strictly prohibit practices designed to exploit the simulated environment, including but not limited to:
* Latency arbitrage and data feed exploitation.
* The use of malicious High-Frequency Trading (HFT) algorithms.
* Abusive hedging strategies (such as opening opposing positions across accounts or within prohibited time windows like under 3 minutes).
* Account management services or copy-trading from third-party signals.
*Note: Accounts flagged for irregular trading activities will be subject to manual review to ensure compliance and protect platform integrity.
Performance Rewards & Payouts
Upon successfully completing the evaluation phases and maintaining compliance with our trading rules, users are eligible for performance rewards. To ensure speed and security, all payouts are processed exclusively via cryptocurrency. A standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required prior to processing the first payout.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Due to international regulatory frameworks and our internal risk management policies, Arroxfund does not provide services to citizens or residents of the United States, nor to individuals residing in FATF blacklisted or comprehensively sanctioned nations (e.g., North Korea, Syria).
User Responsibility: Our services are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that their participation complies with the local laws of their current residence.
